Cognition is a boutique fire engineering firm based in Wellington, New Zealand, founded by Antony Walker in 2017. We provide consulting services in the built environment, including design and review services to assist in Building Consent applications, advice on property protection matters, observation of construction on site, and regulatory consultation.
Antony has worked as a fire engineer in New Zealand for over 20 years, having graduated from the University of Canterbury with a Bachelors of Engineering (with Honours) and Masters of Engineering in Fire Engineering, and is a Chartered Professional Engineer.
